Little Free Pantry

This ministry is available to those in need, 24 / 7 / 365.  The Little Free Pantry stands outside the church on Penn Street.  It bears a sign that reads: "Take what you need. Leave what you can. Hometown Hearts

In cooperation with several other area churches, St. John's participates regularly (currently every two months) by preparing and serving a weekly, free meal to any in need.  In addition, once a month, St. John's collects a dedicated offering for this ministry on the first Sunday in the month.

In the months that contain a fifth Sunday, that day's dedicated offering goes to the Utility and Fuel Fund.  These monies are administered by the Huntingdon Forum of Churches, in which St. John's actively participates.

Episcopal Relief & Development (ERD)

On the fourth Sunday of each month, a dedicated offering is made to benefit Episcopal Relief and Development (ERD).  ERD supports projects benefitting individuals and families in developing countries.

Sharing the Peacework
